Based on three decades of work with leaders, and informed by extensive original research, we believe that agility is the “master competency” for effective leadership in today’s complex, rapidly changing world.

Our findings about increasingly effective “levels” of agile leadership are captured in our award-winning book, Leadership Agility, by Bill Joiner and Stephen Josephs.  This book has been called “a breakthrough in thinking about leadership competencies” and the “new gold standard in the leadership field.”  (Read more reviews).  You can read a brief description of the book, read a short case study that shows what leadership agility looks like in action.
