Lead author of the award-winning book, Leadership Agility, Bill Joiner is a sought-after international thought leader on Leadership Agility. He focuses on the new mind-sets and skill-sets that leaders need for today's complex, rapidly changing business environment.
Bill is a trusted adviser, who serves as an executive coach and a seasoned leadership expert and organizational change consultant. He has over 30 years of experience completing successful engagements with companies based in North America, Europe, and Asia. He partners with senior leaders, helping them navigate pivotal business conversations, develop high performing teams, and transform their organizations. In addition, he designs and leads workshops and action learning programs on Leadership Agility and is co-developer, with Cambria Consulting, of the Leadership Agility 360, the only feedback instrument that assesses research-based levels of leadership agility.
Bill is also a researcher, writer, and speaker. He is an expert at making leading-edge ideas very practical and easy for managers to grasp and, most importantly, to apply.
He has a BA and MBA from Southern Methodist University. He earned his Doctorate in Organization Development at Harvard University.

Debra Whitestone, ChangeWise Principal
Debbie Whitestone has been with ChangeWise for 15 years, bringing decades of experience as a change agent in and with business, government, and “third sector” service organizations. A seasoned consultant, coach, and facilitator, she brings skilled attention to both process and results, working with clients to develop creative solutions to challenging problems. She especially enjoys working with clients to foster understanding and collaboration across boundaries, whether between organizational units, professional disciplines, or between team or family members.
As a ChangeWise principal, Debra serves as a leadership coach and workshop leader, sharing the Leadership Agility perspective with leaders throughout the world and nurturing our global learning community of coaches.
Much of Debbie’s passion and experience as an innovator and change agent has focused on helping improve the quality, effectiveness, and delivery of services from health, education, and social service organizations. She has produced a myriad of lay and professional training events on living with behavioral, emotional and attention challenges. She has also designed and delivered large-scale, education-based change interventions for organizations and service systems.
Debbie received a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University, a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, and a Doctorate in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University. She was a post-doctoral Research Associate in the Organization Behavior Department at the Harvard Business School, where she researched and wrote teaching cases, including a continuing “best seller” about People Express Airlines.
