The Leadership Agility Coaching Certification Program in Chinese
We are excited to announce that our Leadership Agility Coaching Program is now available in Chinese!
Rachel Wang
Bill Joiner, lead author of the award-winning book, Leadership Agility, and creator of this well-tested coaching program, has authorized Rachel Wang of Shanghai to lead this program in Mandarin. Rachel has already very ably led two cohorts of this program with outstanding results. She is now preparing for a third cohort of this 5-month, weekly session program to begin 16 January 2027.
Rachel Wang is a senior leadership and team development consultant and coach who specializes in "vertical" leadership development, helping leaders grow the perspectives and skills needed to deal with rapid change and complexity.Â
Rachel has over 14 years of experience in talent, leadership, and team development, working with both multinational and Chinese organizations. She designs and facilitates programs that use leaders’ real work as a basis for reflection, experimentation, and growth. She also helps cultivate a growing community of Leadership Agility practitioners in China.
Before moving into leadership development, Rachel spent over 13 years gaining business and leadership experience in several multinational companies.
Rachel is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a WIAL Professional Action Learning Coach (PALC). She is certified by the US company, ChangeWise, as a Leadership Agility Coach and a Leadership Agility 360 Coach. She holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from Shanghai University.
Why Leadership Agility Coaching?
Now more than ever, companies are feeling the need for a more agile form of leadership.Â
The in-depth research by ChangeWise on leadership agility has resulted a practical road-map for developing agile leaders. As leaders grow, they evolve through “levels of agility” based in well-established stages of adult development. As leaders develop through these levels, they become more agile: more strategic, collaborative, and creative, as well as more proactive in learning from their experience.
Leadership Agility® Coaching is a highly interactive online program for experienced coaches. Through self-paced video learning, lively breakout exercises, and group discussion, you will learn how to integrate this sophisticated vertical development methodology into your practice.
This program is for leadership development professionals, leadership coaches, and Agile coaches alike.
