WHAT MAKES THE LEADERSHIP AGILITY 360 DIFFERENT?

This world class 360 is not a traditional 360.

• Levels of leadership agility. Locates where a leader is on their developmental path through the Expert, Achiever and Catalyst agility levels. Provides a behaviorally-specific road-map that guides leaders to their next level.
• Context-specific feedback. Is context-specific rather than abstract, focusing on 3 key domains: leading organizational change, leading teams, and pivotal conversations.

HOW IS THE LEADERSHIP AGILITY 360 CERTIFICATION PROGRAM STRUCTURED?

This certification program has 4 phases:

1. Pre-work for the workshop; Readings and videos
2. Four half-day virtual workshops
3. Three small-group sessions to answer questions and prepare for certification
4. Application and review: Use the 360 process with two people, followed by a 1-hour review call

Experiential group exercise and discussion to understand the three levels of leadership agility used in this 360.

Exercises in triads with small and large group reflection and learning.

4. How to integrate this 360 into your practice 

How to create a Leadership Agility action plan. How to use this 360 for 1-on-1 coaching, team development, and leadership development programs.

Two experienced Leadership Agility 360 practitioners who are both senior Agile and leadership coaches, based in the Greater London area.

• Ady Dike. 20+ years driving enterprise‑wide change, digital transformation and organizational redesign across a variety of industries and sectors. Doctorate in Business Administration focusing on leadership and transformation. 
• Kim Greenwood. Over 25 years of experience leading enterprise-wide change across global corporations. Trainer of Agile coaches for ICAgile and Adventures in Agile.

Two senior leadership coaches and principals of ChangeWise, pioneer in Leadership Agility methodologies, based in the Greater Boston area:

• Bill Joiner. Over 40 years as an OD consultant and leadership coach. Global thought-leader on leadership agility. Doctorate from Harvard.

This fee covers the workshop, access to a peer support group, and a personalized review of your first two client debriefs. Bonus: Your first Leadership Agility 360 is included in the fee, a $250 value.
